• Identify the recruiting needs and qualifications required to target the right potential candidates
• Proactively sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates through all kinds of channel for a wide range of roles
• Management of recruitment approval process, working closely with candidates and managers to ensure hiring processes are run smoothly
• Prepare related HR reports as required
• Other tasks from supervisor as necessary.

• Bachelor degree or above
• 1-3 years hands-on experience in HR full function  
• Working experience in multinational companies, preferred IT industry background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English,Fluent in Cantonese
• Strong organization and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
