Key responsibilities:

? Support S.A department on internal companywide administration affairs

Key requirements:

? Support site admin team on daily work and routine tasks.

? Manage and maintain the routine site demand, manage monthly payments;

? Assist to plan and prepare companywide activities, such as monthly birthday party, festival activity, staff activity (such as annual outing, annual dinner);

? Support and coordinate GZB travelling activities, support hotel reservation and business visa;

? Assist on company shuttle bus and canteen management;

? Assist on non-GMP cleaning area, security management, carpark area as well as gardening etc. when site start operation;

? Other work as assigned.

Key requirements:

? Workable English

? Colleague or bachelor degree

? Years of experience in administrative support like Canteen, shuttle bus, etc
