Responsible for System Documents Control of QMS/EHS/Social Compliance management systems in the company
Responsible for Product Engineering documents control in the company
Responsible for local ECO System Maintenance
Follow up the revision of expired document with departmental coordinators
Provide Documents System Training course to new colleagues
Involve and support internal audit and external audit activities in the company
Work with global coordinators to maintain global document system

1. B.A. Degree or equivalent with proficient computer skill
2. Three years and above working experience in technical documentation system control
