• Handle customer phone inquiries on credit card product features and benefits, marketing programs, fee and charges, account information and relevant operational processes, etc.
• To retain customers who are intend to cancel the credit cards.
• To resolve customer problems within the established guidelines and adherence to the service standards.
• Maintain the service quality and productivity at defined business requirement

• College graduate with at least 1 year relevant working experience in banking or finance industry.

• Fluent in spoken English/Cantonese/Putonghua.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in customer service sector is a plus.
• Good problem and complaint handling skills.
• Good team-player, hardworking and self-motivated.
• Willing to work overtime/shift duty including holidays.  
• Good typing and computer skills.
