Job Title: HR Specialist-C&B

Department: Human Resources

Report to: Deputy HR manager / Head of HR

【Responsibilities】

• Compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, policy and procedures, other HR operational tasks
• Set up and review the employee development system based on the job level requirement for different functions, ensure all individual employee is clear about the own development needs in company to meet the business growth needs;
• Conduct payroll activities per month and optimize the salary structure to ensure it's competitive in market;
• Job matching and analyzes market ratio of different positions, job grade
• Take part in C&B related adjustment, promotion, retention process
• Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external consulting company
• Advices managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees
• Social insurance, housing fund and individual income tax related payment
• Support HR functional business improvement projects

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor degree and above in HR management, Psychology, Law prefers
• Minimum 2 year HR related experience in a financial institution or a multinational company (generalist/specialist).
• Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn
• Work experience in designing and implementing effective human resources programs and work processes that improve client group ability to achieve desired results
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Effective problem solving to facilitate acceptable solutions
• Strong skills of communication at all levels
• Familiarity with labor laws, HR regulations, and policies
• Proficient in verbal and written English language skills
