1. Responsible for customer service and purchasing function, include enquiries to manufacturing sites, order process and follow up, sample requisition and management, feedback to suppliers & customers, customer complain follow.

2. Cooperate with manufacturing sites and logistics providers to ensure shipment activities within different regions are executed according to customers’ requirements.

3. Responsible for effective inventory management and control, including forecasting and planning.

4. Monitor and resolve account receivable issues and ensure payments are made within the specified term and credit limit, timely feedback customer overdue payment to business team and company management.

5. Provide support to sales team such as weekly report and monthly report.

6. Support to finish internal audit, Customer audit, authority audit, answer questions and follow up for the responsible area during the audits and provide solutions afterwards, make sure proper GMP training done when related to other GMP works.

職位要求：

1. Diploma or University degree, majored in International Trade or Chemistry.

2. Familiar with customer service, import and export business, shipping documentation and customs regulations.

3. Good communication skills in English, both written and oral English; Good computer/software skills, familiar with ERP system is plus

4. Teamwork spirit; Ability to work under pressure; Good interpersonal and communication skills.
