You will take charge of:

• Communicating with HKBN VIP or foreign customers in Cantonese / English
• Providing technical support for broadband internet, home telephone, IDD, TV, Mobile Services etc. based on the customer’s account status.
• One-stop handling of inquiries and complaints

Join us if you have:

• College degree or above
• English CET4 or above, good customer service concept preferred
• Good English skill in reading and writing
• Fluent Cantonese
• One-year experience or above in customer service
• Qualities of diligence, aggressiveness, self-discipline, and team work spirit
